Kishore has a great passion for food and is the promoter of AVIA, a member of the Jewel Fine Foods Group. After a successful career in the Merchant Navy, Kishore ventured into the Restaurant business in New Zealand and later set up state of the art chilled ready meal production facilities in Australia for the major super market chains - Aldi, Coles, Costco, IGA, Woolworths and other leading hotels and institutional caterers. The Jewel group bought the long established in-flight catering facility in 2013 and carried out extensive refurbishment to meet international standards

Senthil VairavChief Operating Officer

Senthil joined AVIA Flight Services in February 2014 after a successful international career spanning over 30 years in the In-flight Catering and hospitality services industry. Senthil has held senior management positions with major international airline caterers, airlines and hotel chains including Gate Gourmet, Miascor catering, Qatar Airways, Qantas, LSG Sky Chefs, Compass Group, Eurest, SAS Service Partner, Saudi Arabian Airlines Catering and the Taj group of Hotels.

Bill BurstOperations Manager

Bill joined AVIA Flight Services in Dec 2014. Bill is an operations, logistics, procurement and engineering professional with more than 30 years of experience in the aviation catering and logistics industry. Bill has a proven track record and experience in implementing operational systems, processes, policies and organizational planning. Bill has held important management positions with leading organisations including Toll, Qantas, Gate Gourmet, Aero Inventory among others.

Matthew ThompsonProduction Chef

Matthew joined AVIA Flight Services in July 2015. Matt is a qualified Chef with over 25 years of industry experience both in the Restaurant and Airline Catering Business. Matt possess great culinary skills gained from his work in various Kitchens in renowned Restaurants. He has good knowledge of large scale Production Techniques, GMP, Procurement, Menu Planning & Development, Food Safety Compliance and Quality Assurance Standards.
